Cashier/Customer Service
As a Cashier, providing exceptional customer service is crucial in this role. The Cashier will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing credit card payments, and providing accurate change to customers. All in all, a cashier's responsibilities include customer service, cash handling, and sales efforts to ensure a smooth and positive experience for customers.
Cleaning Associate
Cleaning Associate duties include washing and drying vehicles, vacuuming interiors, and cleaning windows. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to stand for long periods and physical stamina to ensure vehicles are cleaned to a high standard efficiently.
Car Detailer
A car detailer's job involves cleaning and restoring vehicles to their original condition. They wash, wax, and polish cars, paying attention to every detail inside and out. Detailers often vacuum interiors, scrub upholstery, and clean windows to ensure the vehicle looks its best. They may also perform minor cosmetic repairs and apply protective coatings to preserve the car's appearance. This job requires meticulous attention to detail and a passion for keeping vehicles in top shape.
Service Advisor
The Service Advisor is the person who is responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing guidance on the best services for their vehicles. They evaluate each customer’s vehicle as it comes in, and help them choose the appropriate car wash and detail services. Many times additional services are needed, so this can be approached as an up-selling sales position. The Service Advisor will have a strong understanding of the car wash services offered, and be able to explain them clearly to customers while helping the customer understand the value and benefits of these extra services.
